I went over there this afternoon and found no dumping. However, someone has placed white sandbags around two storm drains that would appear, from a passing car, as debris that has been dumped. I thought so the first time I saw them, but on closer inspection, found that there were placed there on purpose. Here is a picture of the sandbags.
