Signage is on the to-do list for RenewAtlanta Dekalb Corridor. Don't know if that's Phase 1 or Phase 2. But let's keep this case open in case we need to show a historical request from 2012. ;-)

It's Phase 1. See highlighted content in article. Phase 1 starts April 2018 with earliest completion for eight months (December 2018) dependent on weather. They cannot lay asphalt in certain weather conditions (eg. cold) which means December asphalt laying is not likely. No other specific benchmarks within the 8 month time frame is given. "Communications upgrades" would mean signage, street signs.
