The company doing the cement work on New York Avenue today pulled these nails (and screws) out of the 2x4's used to hold the cement while it dries and just left them all over the street These will cause flat tires if run over when parking which is exactly where they were discarded They also left cement piles, wood scraps and over all disgusting conditions behind after doing this work to fill the cement areas on peoples sidewalks There should be some form of fines/penalties issued to them for not being safe and respectful with the work they are performing
