Our recycling has now not been collected for two weeks

Q. What time was the bin placed at the curb for collection?
A. 6am
Q. Was a sticker placed on the bin as to why it wasn't collected?
A. No
Q. Are the recyclables rinsed clean?
A. Yes
Q. Was the whole street missed?
A. We are the only house on our end of the street that usually puts out bins for recycling - so I would assume yes
Q. What is your normal day of collection?
A. Thursday
