It is now December 2015. I cannot recall the last time I have tried to sleep and have not heard this noise. The low vibrating sound can be heard over my lights, and fridge running only in the early morning hours. SUCH AS NOW! I cannot be the only person in the CITY OF PONTIAC that this has had an effect on. I cannot go to sleep!!
