Joan-thank you very much for reporting this. What you're seeing on this street is reflective cracking, and this is common in road surfaces where asphalt is applied over bricks, stones, pavers, etc. Our Engineering and Capital Improvements Team has evaluated the area and found the remainder of the road surface to be serviceable. As such, we won't be conducting a complete resurfacing and instead focusing on the damaged section.
