  WELLS spoke with property owner on 11-15-23 and granted an extension to remove the RV until 12-15-23.

  WELLS was contacted by the property owner again on 12-13-23. She requested additional time because she is waiting for someone to come fix a part on the vehicle to move it off of the property. They are waiting for the part to be delivered and she has the part scheduled to be fixed. WELLS granted an extension until 1-15-24.

  WELLS spoke with the tenant at 1182 Goodman Ave. The tenant has requested more time to move the RV due to some personal hardship and the wrong part for the vehicle was delivered. WELLS granted an extension to allow time to financially prepare to store the RV in a storage unit and perform the work on the vehicle that needs to be done to move it off the property. WELLS granted an extension until 3/30/24.
