These parking meters on this block doesn’t work at all. The other day I got a parking ticket because of the malfunctioning parking meters and they are barely enforced. It’s just a waste of space and a waste of people’s hard earned money. Why even put these meters in a neighborhood where it’s already putting enough stress on people who are struggling to find parking. It would be a great idea to just get rid of these parking meters, they are useless unless maintained regularly. There’s even a parking meter that’s just lying on the ground in front of the bank. The city should decide whether to keep them and regularly maintain and enforce them, or side with the residents and open up more parking space for residents who need them the most.
