I also reported this issue on the website of city of Euclid. Their response 2 hours later .... We did not see any holes by the entrance ramp. I did see a couple on Lakeland. and they closed the ticket as resolved... What the H%$#%$ did I hit than that caused me to have a flat ??? Even the roadside assistance guy said he almost hit that pot hole...
