Dumpster cannot fit inside fence area where it belongs due to tenants dumping mattresses & boxsprings behind dumpster and futon bed dumped as well.

Q. What is the problem?
A. Ongoing issue with misc.trash being dumped by property owners tenants. Large amount of loose trash debris UNDER mattresses & boxsprings as well. Dumpster needs to be emptied more often, trash continually flys out and spreads all over neighbors properties and street. I drive by this everyday and it's disgusting to look at. Where is the property owner???
