The sidewalk on the corner of Arch and N. 9th Street is blocked off and closed due to street repairs. Young elementary school aged children have to walk into the car lane of the street to get to school bus stop. They have to walk about 3 car lengths in the street facing busy traffic. The bus stop should be moved before a child gets hit by a car.
