Description
The sidewalk near the bus stop shelter in front of Rite-Aid, on Elm at First was also unplowed. I walked by on the opposite side of Elm but noticed several people on Sunday afternoon having to walk basically in the middle of the road on both Elm and First Avenue to get to the bus stop. These are busy roads and the shoulders are messy as well--people should be able to use the sidewalk. Perhaps the city should hire a contractor to clean the sidewalks 24 hours after a storm then bill the property owner, including a service fee in lieu of a fine?
