School has started and I've been explaining to parents for years they have to contact the city. Well, a students parents from st Bernards already knocked on my door saying their daughter almost sprained her ankle walking down the street. I explained I've been in contact with the city on a weekly basis and for years. Big and small blocks of cement all down Brandon Ave and on Harrison where parents park to wait for their children.
