Is there any ordinance that can be applied to get the new owner of 30 Main St. to mow the grass and weeds? It's a shame that a property at the entrance to the business section of the city presents such an awful introduction to the Five Corners.

Q. What is the nature of this issue?
A. Severely overgrown grass between street and sidewalk/parking area. Very tall weeds along Ivy Lane side of property. The back looks absolutely terrible. And the old van out front attracting graffiti doesn't help any.
