Description

This has been here for at LEAST a 3 weeks now. There is rotting trash left out and not placed in bins. Bins left out and not checked because they have the “oops” tags indicating they have items that can’t be recycled. This is attracting animals to the trash and is also just unsanitary. Whoever this belongs to, PLEASE PICK IT UP.
