The City is well aware of this for months now. They make all of this noise about children going back to school and being in a good environment for learning but this is what they walk or drive by each day on the way to school. This @#$% sets the tone. It tells any young African American child this is what life he as to offer. The Mayor, District 7 manager, City Council representative and the Person who signed the disposal contracts should be fired for NOT ensuring a clean city environment with “Safe Routes to Schools.”

The content was critical of those who ARE getting paid very well for not doing a fair job to ensure our community is safe, clean and healthy. Children are back in school and walk by this crap on all the routes to school. Their minds are spoiled and distracted after trekking through this mess each day on the way to SCHOOL!!
