i live on the 400 blk of summit av zip 19128 twice
i have shoveled snow out of my driveway. and the city plowes it back. the south side of the street is all . homes the north side othe street is city property. with no homes at all. (3 blocks long)

city plowed today 2-16-10,did a good job, streets comm actually was there inspecting the situation and talking with the residents and apologized for taking so long.
