Description

Ever since the owner put a driveway to Park Ave. the gravel has been washing onto the sidewalk. Since they clear-cut the lot it has been washing worse.

I would not consider this a pothole as it is on the sidewalk, not the street. And I think the owner should be required to do the cleanup, not city workers.
