Description
The owner has blown all the leaves out of his yard into the street. He does this all the time when the oak trees drop all their leaves. I've reported it before in the past years but nothing has been done about it. I don't want to have to deal with flooded streets with the sewers backing up because he's to lazy to pick up the leaves. Thank you
