Description

On the corner of Houston Ave. and Sylvian Dr., as you are ready to turn left or right off of Sylvian Dr. Into Houston Ave., shrubbery is causing a blind spot and you have to almost pull into the intersection to see if it is safe to make the turn. It is an accident waiting to happen.
