Well, I saw a crew filling holes on Laburnum about two blocks from this pothole, but they didn't bother filling it. 3 guys, a truck full of hot asphalt, traffic cones, BUT no patch in the hole that EVERYONE is hitting after getting off the off ramp.
Hmmm...
