Description
Multiple issues here, their yard and alleyway is covered in broken glass and it's dangerous, sidewalk has been eaten by the dirt and is a slipping hazard. All the windows have been nailed shut and the trees out front block the sidewalk if you can get down it if they aren't parked on the sidewalk
