Description

Southbound San Mateo traffic needs a dedicated right turn yield ramp at the end of Exit 230. Northbound Pan Am Frontage Rd. traffic intending to cross San Mateo has no specific travel lane thus sharing right turn lane with Southbound San Mateo traffic creating long back-ups.
