We live on Winchester, and My Hubby works at that Const site.It IS awful with Cars parked on both sides and a half Block of Potholes its IMPOSSIBLE for 2way traffic !! The Cars that are Parked at the Stop sign should be towed.On the side across from the Stop Sign, when School Buses or City Buses need to turn onto Winchester They cant until all traffic is gone because of Cars parked near the curb. Many times theres an Officer posted there but They dont even call it in !!!
