Deskripsyon

For the most part it looks like no one lives at this house. But it looks like is is being looted. There is trash, dead branches, yard waste bags (that have been there all winter), trash cans, etc. No one seens to live there. Don't know who owns this house. But now does any cleaning or yard work at all. Please see what can be done to have this house clean up and prevent further blight in this neighborhood.

Owners are both deceased. We have mailed tax information to daughter. Looks like it may be headed to foreclosure on March 31, 2015.

They have taken the chain link fence from the house. This does not belong to the business that parks there called Helping or Helped Hands. The house looks trashy now because they tearing it up!!!

I believe the daughter is holder of the estate. Just hope she knows that all fencing is being removed. Trash is everywhere. There a dog in the house.

Are people suppose to be living at this house. I thought it was deemed unsafe??? Cops have been called before and these people just keep coming back at night and stay there til the morning. The property looks like a dump because of the demolition the people living there are doing!!! Looks real bad for the neighborhood! !!

I understand the city came to clean up the trash all around thus house. However helping hands came over again and trashed it again!! What will it take to have thus NON OWNERS not come to this non owner occupied home.
