There is also a very deep pothole on Passaic near the border with Wood-Ridge (heading east-bound just after the Avalon apartments).

And, westbound in that same spot (Passaic ave.) it is one patch on top of another. It's been so bumpy for years; coming down the hill you really have to brake hard to slow down. (just where the houses end; near the Baptist church).

This part of the Passaic street (between Boulevard Ave. and Wesmont Dr/border of HH) continues to have full stretch of pot holes. A large population lives in the apartment/townhome communities around wesmont station and so this street experiences heave traffic flow. Lot of vehicles need to slow down to almost 5 mph to prevent damage to their vehicles due to potholes on Heights part of the street, creating a huge safety issue for fast moving vehicles oncoming from the rear. The Wood-ridge part of the street is well-paved. Considering the heavy traffic flow and dense population that relies on this street for their access to Rt 17, this needs to be prioritized and fixed as soon as possible. Can't believe this issue has been open for 6 years.
