Description

This section of Montauk Highway has been repaired using the method of throwing loose asphalt into the many potholes that are on this stretch. The problem is way past this type of repair. The road needs to be repaved in this short stretch. Because of the condition of the road most motorists are avoiding this route to Sunrise Highway and using Oakdale Bohemia road instead. This is causing very heavy traffic on this schoolhouse road. Please properly repair this section of Montauk Highway ASAP as these conditions are not only unacceptable but also dangerous.
