  Thank you for submitting this repair request. All sidewalk damage will be inspected and graded by DPW Staff to determine the severity of the hazard. The DPW puts out an annual sidewalk replacement contract. Due to the abundance of sidewalk replacement requests, contract locations are chosen by severity of hazard not by the duration of open work order requests. If upon inspection the sidewalk condition is found to require immediate action, DPW will make a temporary repair to remove the hazard until the location can be fully restored in the next available repair contract.
