Dogs are not on leashes and running loose. Owners are allowing dogs to defecate all over place and picking up. Today an park ranger came and the group of adults walked away and put on leashes. When the ranger left they came back and released them all again. Today my daughter was knocked down by a dog as the owner stood by and watched. I am sick of this. They ruin this area for everyone.
