PLEASE INSTALL SIGNS FOR NO LITTERING ON THE ENTIRE STREET OF HOUSTON AVE. HOWEVER, MANY FEET IS DEEMED NECESSARY. ALSO, ON WEST OAK DRIVE, ALSO ON MERCER UNIVERSITY DOWN THOMASTON RD. THERE ARE NO SIGNS ANYWHERE ON THESE STREETS. ALSO, MAKE SURE THEY ARE THROUGH OUT THE CITY.
