Contact with citizen has been established, Mr. Danielson on site upon arrival. Citizen concern regards to Inlet ID 4192458, in which he believes debris from a previous water department repair has blocked UFID 4192455 leading to the manhole. Manhole ID 3269997 has been viewed, and standing water has prevented further inspection of the line

The corner has not drained for 3 days since it started raining on Tuesday

All three of the other storm sewer drains at this intersection have drained completely, so there is OBVIOUSLY a problem with this one drain!
