Contact with citizen has been established, Mr. Danielson on site upon arrival. Citizen concern regards to Inlet ID 4192458, in which he believes debris from a previous water department repair has blocked UFID 4192455 leading to the manhole. Manhole ID 3269997 has been viewed, and standing water has prevented further inspection of the line

After a rain event, storm water may pond in streets and ditches until it has had enough time to drain. Allow at least 48 hours after a significant rain event to determine if the drainage is not functioning properly.
