So today is TUESDAY, March 24th and it happened again - this time at 3:15AM. How can that trash collector get away with making so much noise so early in the morning? Please send a police car to monitor this area on Tuesdays & Thursdays between the hours of 3AM - 4:30AM, please catch this guy violating the local noise ordinanace and make him stop.

Happened again this week at 3:45AM.

Banging continues around 4 AM that can be heard for at least a square mile. Trash company adjusted dumpster pickup times for a couple weeks then returned to this disturbing hour again.

Still happening - this is CRAZY! I can't believe that this garbage collection company hasn't been issued a NOISE CITATION.

Happened again at 4:30AM - Tuesday, March 15. Got a quick video of the truck leaving, but no BANG, BANG, BANG - I couldn't make it out the door fast enough.

Garbage Collection and banging still continues every week - VERY loud banging between the hours of 3AM and 5AM.

4:15AM - Monday, May 16th - Still banging those business dumpsters at the QUICK STOP Food Mart and the AUTO REPAIR Center. Please issue them a noise citation. Why does the whole neighborhood have to be woken up so early from this noise? Please STOP this company from collecting garbage outside of normal business hours.

Let's stay on top of this issue till someone does something about it. Even if it takes a visit to those business establishments and having the proprietors contact their garbage company as a good neighbor.

The City of Doraville does have a noise ordinance governing commercial garbage pickup between 10 PM and 6 AM adjacent to residential neighborhoods. Someone of authority needs to contact Waste Pro.

For pete's sake - they are back at it. 4:30AM bangs across the street. How does the city let them get away with this noise? Make them STOP!!!

The reason I say it's crazy is because the garbage truck woke me up this morning at 4:05AM - It's been 2+ years since reporting this issue and nothing has been done about it.

Guys, print this complaint log with the comments and send it to all of the local news stations as Clark Howard...you can email, Twitter, FB...they will get on it and embarrass DeKalb County, which is aparently what needs to happen. They all ran stories in 2016 when Dekalb County said they were cracking down on noise violations and trying to stop residents from being disturbed in their homes. It’s unbelievalbe that nothing has been done about this...not even a response.

Also, keep making new complaints guys...bombard them. 😀

it has now been almost a year (?) since the last comment and assuming the noise is still going on I'm gonna keep this alive
