My "neighbor" is a bank, and this property is still in terrible condition. There are now more broken windows, the back porch is falling apart and people continue to throw trash on the lawn. The grass gets cuts every 3 weeks if we're lucky. Huge weeds are growing where the city removed the garage last year. The bank (I believe it is Chase) needs to be held accountable!
