This has been reported before and closed saying it was fixed. Thank you so much for reporting this again! I was going to report it tonight but i passed it tonight and couldn't get a picture in th dark.

A complaint has been entered and an inspector will go out to the property. Case # CE20150320-02534

Their trash has even gone into the ravine and it polluting the water.

This property has been inspected and confirmed to be in violation. A notice letter has been sent to the property owner regarding the condition of the property. The inspector will continue to work with the property owner until the violation has been corrected.
