Description

A PHA multi unit (753n.40th st )put trash out on the bottom of the handicap ramp, through out the week. Anmials tear up the trash.

I passed by that property and it is deplorable. PHA please fix this not just for this person but also for the neighborhood. Also neighbors in that area can help by NOT dumping trash there.

the outside is filthy and it is a safety hazard. there are 2 pha houses connected (one is occupied) that needs to be cleaned. How do we get PHA to take care of their properties and become accountable????. When it snows, the properties go unshoveled. There is so much to tell. i don" know where to begin.
