Description

The past several months, someone has thrown the stoplight off in front of Benson's Foodland (dodson chapel road and central pike intersection). Now an unreasonable amount of time goes by giving Central Pike too much green light while cars back up on both sides on dodson chapel road. The light used to be timed different and something has changed. This needs a review.
