Hazardous? There are lots of driveways in urban areas (notably parking garage exits) with far less visibility to those exiting. By comparison, what's shown here really doesn't look like a problem that justifies reducing much-needed parking. Just exit the driveway slowly and cautiously (which is the safe/responsible way to do it in any case).
