Excuse me, I'm not talking about inconvenience, I'm talking about SAFETY! You cannot see cars going northbound on Orange if you are waiting to turn from 4th St., due to all of the parked cars along Orange! You have to inch out into the intersection which is very dangerous, not to mention the fact that most of those cars are going well over the speed limit. Plus, the Friends school is on this block and the drop-off point is on 4th St. Plenty of cars going in and out on 4th at rush hour. A stop sign would ensure that all cars would be able to turn safely.

make the street one way and all will be safe....
