Description
A tree limb fell from city property onto my property. It landed on top of the fence in my backyard. I have discussed this fence issue with city personnel in the past, but to no avail. More concrete footers have been pulled out of the ground and laying on top of my properly.
Please consider an onsite visit. Linda Galvin 617-803-6050

Hi, Rose,
Your comment dated 10/23/23 stated the following:
"We will be removing the fence and will remove the branch."
It appears the limb has been removed but the fence remains.
I would appreciate leaving this issue open until the fence is removed.
Thanks again for all your assistance.

Please please fix this fence. When I go to sell my home, that rear boundary fence would become a massive issue.
That’s not fair!! I keep up with my home and yard as best I can. City of Gloucester fence is the responsibility of the city.
Let me remind you that the fence continues to fall over behind my neighbor’s condo. Footings continue to be pulled out of the ground. Do I have to wait until the fence continues to fall all the way to O’Maley school? Unacceptable.
