This has been passed on to the Police Dept. For future please call them directly 609-921-2100 to report these alarms.

Police are sending someone out to check.

Police responded and and heard no audible alarms. We have received several reports of audible alarms in that area and they have been determined to be the back up alarms on construction vehicles at the former hospital construction site.

NOT a truck backing up... Very different beeping. Still going off since last night.

Patrols have checked the area numerous times with negative findings. I am happy to send an officer to your residence to listen with you if you like. Please call 609-921-2100 and dial extension 0 if you would like to meet with an officer.

Alarm was found to be from 54 Birch Avenue. Another neighbor tracked down resident and finally got them to disable it.

Thank you for your comment. In the future if the police receive a report of an audible alarm in that particular area with no exact address we will check 54 Birch Ave.

The owner was located and the alarm was shut off.
