On a daily basis cars traveling west bound on MacDade make illegal lefts into Applebees, instead of going to the traffic light to make a legal left. There are signs stating no left turn. Maybe they can make the cutout more a deterrent so you can't make the left or Ridley Police can enforce the law right outside their frond door.
