The Homeowner at 1853 Buttercup Dr. has been operating a business out of the front yard of his residential property for several years. It looks like the attached photo for 4-5 days of the week. It is devaluing his neighbors property, his overall neighborhood, and the City of Hoover at large. Please have these items removed and have him keep his garage door down to solve this issue.
