This area has been visited in person to check sidewalk status for safety reasons with no issues found for the sidewalk maintenance. Now forwarding to the proper town staff for water leak tests if needed. Although I do not believe the town maintains any infrastructure where the issue is described. This issue described may belong to your HOA.

There is still a potential trip hazard issue forthcoming if the leak under the sidewalk is not repaired. This is a city or town issue most likely and not the HOA since it is a city sidewalk .. the leak happens when the strip of grass is watered next to the street which Is not in neighbors yard. The address with the issue in front of it is 3064 e Lexington ave in Higley groves west -

Thanks for the new information given as the address and picture included seem to have changed. We will make certain if this is a Town infrastructure issue it will be repaired.
