  On 10/30/2023 Code Inspector Gonzalez conducted a sweep at 2742 Evening Shade Ct. and Observed mildew that can be seen on the left side of the property and a blue dodge Durango stored in the driveway with a flat tire and expired sticker that can be viewed street, in violation of Section 304.1 2015 MCPMC, Section 30-163(a) the Missouri City Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violation and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 11/16/2023 at 2742 Evening Shade Ct. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed mildew is still present on the exterior wall on the left side of the property also the unregister vehicle still remains in public view therefore a certificate letter will be sent out to the property owners.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 1/11/2024 at 2742 Evening Shade Ct. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed: blue dodge Durango still has a flat tire and no up-to-date registration on the vehicle also mildew is still on the exterior wall on the right side of the house facing the street this case will be taken to court.
