  On 10/30/2023 Code Inspector Gonzalez conducted a sweep at 2723 Evening Shade Ct. and Observed high weeds/ grass that is nine (9) inches or more, one trashcan stored in that driveway also two vehicles with flat tires black jaguar gray Cadillac in violation of Section 9.14 30-33(a)(3) and 30-163(a) of the Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violation and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 11/28/2023 at 2723 Evening Shade Ct. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed grass has been mowed, trashcans are out of public view and junk vehicles remain in view.
