Description

The two fall storms toppled a Willow tree and damaged the Cul-De-Sac with water runoff damage. Town quick and dirty response was to remove the tree and replace the Cul-De-Sac w/ recycled asphalt material which has already been carved out with the January snow plowing. Not what the neighbors expected! Repair with dirt and a curb and the neigbors will plant a crab apple or other flowering tree with perennial gardens.
