2nd attempt

Next to 422 Church ave, there is an empty lot. The sidewalk in front of that lot, has a lot of trash and clothes and tons of weeds. It's hard to walk around it or through it to get to our cars. The sidewalk is getting out of hand. Can this please be cleaned up. Trash in the alley as well, next to it.
