Description
Major traffic with speeding. Every weekday at 7:20am until 7:50am, there is a race to and from North Star School. Posted speed is 30mph, traffic goes 45mph+. Faster the later they are to get kids to school. Need motor officers to patrol for that short time to slow traffic down
