  Inspector M. Gonzalez while driving the city observed high weeds/grass that is more than (9) inches one trashcan stored on the right side of the property also observed low tree limbs hanging over the sidewalk at 1934 Grand Park Dr, in violation of Section 9.14, 30-33(a)(1) and 30-33(a)(3) Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violation and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 11/21/2023 at 1934 Grand Park Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed grass has been mowed and the tree limbs that are hanging over the sidewalk have not been trimmed.
