You are correct, Framingham Road and Farm Road have a commercial truck exclusion with only local deliveries aloud. Walker Brook Estates is currently being built at the location you referenced. They fall under the exception of commercial deliveries being aloud during the construction phase. If you still feel that they are in violation of the truck exclusion, we suggest that you contact the Marlborough Police Dept. as that would then fall under the actual enforcement of traffic regulations. that is not 131 framingham rd. 131 Framingham rd is ser back and the house is not visible from the road . there is no construction there , there is manufacturing.I had talked to the Marlborough police .I even showed a video of the truck trespassing across our driveway and Knocking down a posted no trespassing sign. they said it is code enforcement . I talked to them and they said it was the police. Issue number 1568607
